If you don’t know (or can’t ask relatives who might know) the time within an hour, you can try 1) contacting the county records department where you were born for a copy of your birth certificate or 2) this free Birth Time Rectification tool that I’ve used with great success in the past.
Absolutely. A lot of Human Design readings and reports don’t even go into the topic of circuitry (because it can be kind of complicated – although it’s not if you follow my directions!). And even if your reading or report did talk about circuitry, it probably didn’t give you concrete daily tasks to perform so that you can up your self-care routine.
It should take about one hour or less to complete the workbook.
