I’m Dr. Marie Gasper-Hulvat, and I know A LOT about self-care … because my body forced me to.

I have navigated the complexities of syringomyelia, a rare spinal disorder, transforming my challenges into a profound understanding of disability and self-care. This personal journey has equipped me with unique insights into managing health adversities while maintaining a fulfilling life.

Do I need to have my exact birth time to use this product?

Usually within an hour is good enough. If you don’t know (or can’t ask relatives who might know) the time within an hour, you can try 1) contacting the county records department where you were born for a copy of your birth certificate or 2) this free Birth Time Rectification tool that I’ve used with great success in the past.

I already have gotten a Human Design reading / bought a Human Design report. Will this still be helpful?

Absolutely. A lot of Human Design readings and reports don’t even go into the topic of circuitry (because it can be kind of complicated – although it’s not if you follow my directions!). And even if your reading or report did talk about circuitry, it probably didn’t give you concrete daily tasks to perform so that you can up your self-care routine.
