Release the roles that are no longer yours to play. Sign a new lease on your re-enchanted life.
THE Re-Lease
A 9-month, 3-movement symphony to re-enchant your life on your terms.
Does any of this sound familiar?
You replay a two-minute conversation for three days, and you've got at least twelve different ways you’d play it differently next time.
You've been told to rest, and you would love to, except that resting means your brain gets louder … and then you have to feel something.
You know exactly why you have the habit you wish you could quit. You have known for years. You still don’t know if you could ever actually quit.
You could do what you do freelance tomorrow. Same skills, no new credential. You’ve known that for a couple of years. You haven’t done it.
You’ve researched the raise, the exit, the side income, the pivot. You have a folder. The folder has not paid you.
You have a business. Your LinkedIn doesn't know. Neither does your chair.
You weren’t born this way.
These are strategies. You picked them up because they worked at one point in time, and you have been using them for so long that you take them for how you’re wired.
Knowing your strategies doesn’t give you the trust that you’d need to set them down (they’ve worked for so long!) for better strategies.
Does this ring a bell?
You can trace your pattern back six generations, name the exact moment your grandmother passed it on to you, and describe its function in your nervous system -- and it still ruins your Saturday afternoon.
You've explained your family of origin to four different practitioners. All four gave you exactly the right insights. Nothing shifted.
You have language to describe yourself in four different modalities. Somewhere along the way the languages became the place you live instead of the doorway out.
You are grateful for everything you've done. Truly. The therapy, the certifications, the retreats, the years of work on yourself.
But in terms of things just easily working out for you? Where is THAT??
You watch people who have never done a single thing on themselves walk through the world with ease. Unaware. Not thinking through any of what you can't stop thinking through. Some days you wish you could be unbothered again.
You can't. Since you opened the box, there's no shutting the lid.
Instead of living the easy life, you work MORE. And maybe a coach, a therapist, a BFF has already called you out: "You're working really hard, and you hate it. So why don't you rest?"
The thing is, you can’t rest.
Not on your work, not on your self-work. You're constantly waging an internal battle, all of the stuff you’ve dredged up swirling inside you while you also answer email.
Doing the work on yourself has become harder than not doing it, and stopping isn't available as an option.
Here’s the question that you keep wondering:
When do you get to decide it's enough?
That you've climbed high enough on the staircase of self-improvement?
You're pretty sure you're not doing it right.
In The Re-Lease, we focus on finding your enough.
But awareness of the pain has never once moved it.
Here is the part a lot of practitioners are afraid to say out loud: insight is not the same as authorship.
You can be an expert on the story you're living in and still be a character inside it. You can annotate the script, footnote the script, teach a seminar on the script, and never once hold the pen.
Awareness gives you perspective. It is impossible to do your inner work without it. It shows you pathways for rediscovery.
Awareness was never going to show you the exit.
You are not under-resourced. You are the most well-informed person in most rooms you walk into, particularly about yourself.
The True Cost of Self-Awareness
But awareness has its own price tag, which nobody quotes you up front:
Your time. Not the hours in sessions. The hours after, replaying, analyzing, deciding what it all means.
Your rest. You've forgotten what it feels like to sit down and have nothing come up for your brain to chew on.
Your friendships. You already know which colleagues will go quiet the minute you stop being useful to them. Knowing hasn't stopped you from flinching when they do.
Your money. You've paid for the next thing that you’re sure will finally work enough times that you’ve stopped counting.
Your income. You know exactly what you’re worth and exactly which of your skills someone would pay for. You’ve known for years. Knowing has not once written you a check.
And the real stinger: You watch a loved one repeat the exact pattern you've spent a decade learning to name, and all that awareness does nothing to help them.

A better explanation will not cure your disenchantment with your situation. One more framework laid on top of the last four won’t either.
Underneath the disenchantment there's usually grief, and grief doesn't respond to analysis. It responds to being allowed.
What will? Becoming the one who chooses your next story.
In The Re-Lease, we go after the authorship.
This is a 9-month container where you learn to use the intuitive gifts you already have to release what no longer serves you, and get out of the trap of the zombie issues that keep coming back no matter which of the last four modalities you threw at them.
You can’t research your way out of this. I have a PhD and I tried.
The things you want aren’t stalled for lack of information. You have the information. They’re stalled because something in you is set to repel them. A story about who you’re allowed to be. A part of you that decided, very young, that being paid for what comes easily is cheating. An undefined Identity Center that has been borrowing everyone else’s sense of direction. A breach in your aura that has been leaking for years. None of that shows up in your research. All of it decides what you charge, what you apply for, what you say yes to, and what you quietly talk yourself out of. It comes with you whether you stay, leave, or run a business from the same desk.
Release what was never yours, rewrite the story from the author’s chair, and the set point moves. You stop being an energetic mismatch for what you want and start being a match for it. Call that your nervous system or call it your field; I’ll be talking about both. What shows up on the other side is different for everyone. For some people it’s the rate they finally say out loud. For some it’s the job they’d stopped applying for. For some it’s a Tuesday that doesn’t hurt.
What happens when you stop being a character in your story and start writing it yourself:
The Re-Lease is in its first round, so I can't show you its results yet. What I can show you is what has happened inside other long-term containers I've facilitated.
A marriage proposal (that she made ... and he said yes, of course)
A new relationship (unasked for and delightful)
A new way to parent (with a high-needs kid)
A new job (she left the unfulfilling one for one that fits her bandwidth)
But let's not discount the "little" wins -- because small shifts can actually be HUGE:
Mindset shifts: Realizing that the unexpected is not necessarily bad.
Physical shifts: More breathing room around the chest.
Language shifts: Naming something that seemed big ... but, once it's got words to describe it, doesn't seem so scary or intangible
But here's the other half of these stories, and one you won't often see coaches admit to:
Eventually, something we thought we'd already finished with resurfaces. New face, same heart.
I'm no stranger to that. I've been working on my own demons for years. Some are gone for good, and I can tell you exactly how I got rid of them. Others I'd buried with full honors, and they still clawed their way back up like zombies. I didn't know how to keep them in the ground.
Until this past year, when the pieces clicked. Every tool I'd been collecting got integrated into one practice, one that consistently brings me back to whole, complete, and at peace, no matter what crawls out of the shadows.
That's why The Re-Lease exists.
In these 9 months, we integrate the tools you already know how to use into a system that reliably returns you to peace, stability, and self-trust.
Not a cookie
It's about tweaking what you already know works some of the time and building it into a system that works for you whenever you need it. No matter what you're facing.
It's about adding in one small shift to what you've tried before, so that instead of a tiny bit of relief, you get a full-body exhale that transforms your entire day.
It's about dialing in to what ACTUALLY WORKS for YOU and building on that foundation. Not what's supposed to work, or works for someone else.
Because you are not a cookie, and you don't fit into cookie-cutter shapes.
The journey
These are the two channeled downloads that I received as guidance to build this program structure everything we do:
"Open your eyes… all three of 'em."
Your right eye connects to your left brain, left eye to your right brain, third eye to the field of quantum possibility.
Analysis, imagination, intuition.
You were trained to use your intellect. You've been sneaking around with your psychic knowing. You squeeze in creativity in spare moments.
We're creating a space where we can integrate all three.
"Release what is no longer yours to hold."
The stories, the energies, the jobs you took on that were never yours in the first place, or that stopped being yours a long time ago.
Each movement runs for three months.
Each follows the same three themes, one level deeper each time.
Repetition is baked in by design, because repetition helps the brain feel safe and brings new insights each round.
What you can see in Month 1, you can hear in Month 4, and you can build with in Month 7.
FIRST MOVEMENT: SEEING
Open your eyes… all three of 'em.
Month 1 -- Truth-Telling. Right eye, left brain. The lenses you've been seeing reality through. We identify the limiting stories and paradigms you're living inside, and then we do something that usually gets skipped: we find the need each one has been meeting for you. Those stories stuck around because they’re frontline essential workers.
Month 2 -- Restor-y-ing. Left eye, right brain. Where you came from and how you got here. You imagine and recreate the story of you, through your past and your family of origin. This is where the grief lives. We don't gaslight it.
Month 3 -- Re-Membering. Third eye, heart sense. Strengthening, repairing, and recalling your intuitive gifts and your connection to your Higher Self. Re-membering as giving the spiritual insights you’ve denied or ignored the recognition they deserve.
SECOND MOVEMENT: LISTENING
Hear what's been silent, or silenced.
Month 4 -- Truth-Listening. Getting to know the inner parts of you who are taking charge right now, whether or not you consciously invited them to.
Month 5 -- Restor-y-ing. What you did to survive your past. This is where you tell your own superhero story, and not the tidy version you've told at dinner parties.
Month 6 -- Re-Membering. Learning to listen more deeply to what your Higher Self and your Guides have been waiting for you to hear.
THIRD MOVEMENT: CREATING
Remake your reality.
Month 7 -- Truth-Permission-ing. Integrating the parts of you that insist it is not OK to be who you are wired to be.
Month 8 -- Re-Storying. Who you are because you survived. The story of your resilience, in your own words, to be held and witnessed in the sacred space we have built.
Month 9 -- Re-Membering. Consecrating the transformation. Receiving intuitive wisdom and co-creating your new life with Spirit.
A channeled transmission opens the month. Pre-recorded, so you can listen when you have time and private space. I’ll drop reflection questions alongside. You’ll give me whatever off-the-cuff answers pop into your brain. Then I’ll build the teaching & coaching call from what you’ve told me.
The Teaching & Coaching Call, about 90 minutes, live. Built from what you sent me after the opening transmission, not from a curriculum I wrote last July. Every month includes a Human Design lens to help you see differently how you’re wired, no matter what your chart looks like.
One practice between the calls. A ritual, a role-play, an inner dialogue, a somatic practice. The format rotates month to month, depending on what the group and theme calls for. Some of it will look like play. That's on purpose. You've already tried reasoning your way out; the part that's stuck was never listening to the reasoning.
The Integration Circle, about 75 minutes, live. Witnessing without critique. You say what came up for you this month from the teaching, the practice, or just life. We hold sacred space for you in our circle -- which I build intentionally with the help of all our Spirit Guides. Nobody tries to fix you, nobody puts you on the spot, there’s nothing to prove. Then we close the month before opening a new theme.

Recordings of all calls will be posted in a private membership space.
Three dedicated support containers with me solo on whatever your inner work turns up.
Three tokens to spend across the nine months, on any combination of:
A live 1:1 zoom session. Human Design analysis, sacral questioning if you’re a Generator or Manifesting Generator in Human Design, parts work, EFT, Reiki energy work, or a blend. You don't have to decide in advance. I’ll read what's in front of me -- you, your energy, your chart, your tarot cards -- and the downloads I get.
A 24-hour Telegram coaching day. A full day of voice notes back and forth with me, for the week your inner parts get super loud and our next call is nine days out.
A DeLoop Day. A personalized guided meditation, made for you, aimed at one specific story you're stuck in a loop around. You tell me the story, I ask you questions about it, you tell me more, and then I channel what you need to hear.
Which pieces you need when only becomes apparent once we’re working together inside the container. I’ll hand you these three tokens and then we’ll see when they need to be deployed. I can’t tell you in October that you’ll need to use one for a problem that’ll show up in March.
I spent my first four decades in my head. Bryn Mawr PhD, tenured Art History professor. Then a nervous system in crisis cracked me open to my intuitive gifts.
I did not pick one. I kept both.
Quantum Human Design™, Reiki, EFT Tapping, Internal Family Systems: one way of working that happens to have many labels.

Sometimes I know why I know. Sometimes, no clue. The “why” always shows up by the end.
Your Human Design chart is on my computer, and I’ve probably already become more fascinated by it than we have time to explore. We work with how you're actually built and skip the generic advice you've tried four times.
Sometimes a tarot card (or twelve) has shown up of its own bidding, sitting on my desk being all smug that it knows where you’re going even if neither of us know yet.
I remember you personally, everything you have gone through. No explaining yourself from scratch to somebody who's forgotten what you told them last month. And if you do end up explaining yourself again, I won’t judge you for it. I’ll take it as interesting evidence.
I have a PhD. I am quite good at analysis. I also channel from whatever Guides happen to want to speak through me. I know through practice how to tell a beneficent entity from a miscreant -- and how to eject the miscreants from my own aura and the aura of the group.
I won’t ever hand you a paradigm you must believe in for the work we’re doing together to work. When I teach something, it’ll be a lens that has worked really well for me, and I’ll ask you to try it out if you want.

... so that when something comes up that needs extra TLC, or you don’t want to expose the whole group to your funky energy, we’ve got a space to take it.
... so that the practice actually gets done, not just bookmarked. And if you need guidance doing it, I'm there to help.
... so that you can look at the family you came from through a few more lenses, once you have three months of the work under you.
you're highly educated and deeply intuitive, and you're tired of keeping those two facts in separate containers, separate conversations, with separate people, in separate languages
you've done real inner work already and you're done being told the answer is another new modality
you can already name what messed you up in the first place and how that has conditioned your approach to life, which hasn’t helped nearly as much as you'd expected
you're ready to stop waiting for permission from an institution, a parent, a credential, or a lineage to do what’s correct for you
you’ve researched your way to the edge of a decision about money or work more than once, and you’re starting to suspect the research was never the problem
you can't make two live calls a month for nine months (life happens, but if you already know October through February is going to be impossible, this isn't your program)
you want someone to hand you a framework and tell you how your life fits precisely into it
you're looking for the fast version -- nine months is a commitment to yourself and to everyone in the container
you need purely clinical or purely mystical intervention (this isn’t clinical; and even though it’s going to be mystical, I’ll also be talking about neuroscience as well)
you want a pricing strategy, a business plan, or a job-search coach. I’m not that. I work on the part of you that already has all of that and still hasn’t moved.
Something triggers the panic inside you to rear up. In an hour, it isn't still running in the background. No spiral. No four-day replay. You felt it, you heard it, you processed it, and you felt your body relax about it.
The voice that says "no it's bloody not going to be alright" still shows up. It just doesn't get the last word.
You know who it is, you know what it's protecting, and you know how to talk to it until it settles. It stops constantly barraging you with emergencies and becomes a part of you that you're on speaking terms with.
You buy groceries, book a trip, send an email without deeply interrogating your underlying pattern, journaling about it, or waiting until you feel ready. You were never going to feel ready until you worked with whatever big emotion was blocking you.
You say what you charge. Then you stop talking. Nobody dies.
Your chair asks what you do on weekends. You tell her. You don't apologize.
You have a phone call with your mother and she says something outrageously infuriating. You hear whatever reaction to it wants to burst out of your lips, you feel the outrage in your body, you move through the experience with curiosity rather than being swept away by it.
You walk away to do the dishes 10 minutes later thinking about ... just what’s for dinner.
We could cover a lot of this program in a week-long bootcamp. It would be exhausting. For all of us. And you know exactly how much would change from doing that: Nothing.
You’ve probably got a notebook full of notes from a similar weekend intensive. You understood everything so clearly in the moment. So why didn’t your life change after that?
The gap between knowing the story you're in and being able to write a different one is not an information gap. It's a practice gap, and practice takes months of returning to the same material as a slightly different person each time.
Truth, story, and re-membering come around three times. Month 1 you can see the pattern. Month 4 you can hear the part of you that's running it. Month 7 you can give that part a break from the job they actually hate doing.
Same doors, but you're a different person each time you walk through.
A weekend intensive pressure tests nothing. A conversation with Claude makes you go, oh, that’s why! And then you’re still having the same argument with your partner. Nine months contains a holiday with your family, a work crisis, a health scare, the anniversary of someone’s death. That's when you find out where your new story serves its purpose and where you’ve got more to rewrite, and it's exactly when you want me in your corner.
A circle sees what a mirror can't show you. In an Integration Circle, somebody else names the story they've been living in and you recognize your own from the outside for the first time. You cannot do that alone with a journal. Being witnessed letting go of the old you is a different event from deciding privately to relinquish it. And feeling safe to be witnessed takes time to build in any community.
Every Teaching & Coaching Call comes out of what the members send me after the initial transmission. This is not a course with a set curriculum and content to cover. It's a container that gets shaped by who's in it, and it can't be shaped by someone who isn't. This is a technique that I’ve honed over years of teaching (it’s even got a name: Just in time teaching), and it’s backed by the neuroscience of learning. It evolves over time and becomes better the more we practice it together.
That's what the 1:1 Menu is for. Three tokens, whenever something turns up that needs TLC, attention before our next Integration Circle, or just isn’t right to handle in a group. I would much rather you have them and not need them. (And if you don’t need them during the program, you can keep them until you’re ready to use them.)
Everything you need to know about joining the container, showing up, and how I handle the practical magic. If you have a question that isn't answered here, please reach out.
You’ll receive a welcome email and an intake questionnaire. I’ll confirm that the days and times for our first two months’ of calls work for you.
Your first channeled transmission lands on October 20th. You’ll have four days to get back to me with responses to the reflection questions (although usually it’ll be 6 days).
While you'll get more out of the program if you're there live, all live calls will be recorded. I’ll put up the replays in our program membership portal so you can watch them any time that’s convenient.
4.5 hours per month, give or take:
• Two live calls, about 90 minutes and 75 minutes each.
• One transmission to listen to, roughly 15-30 minutes.
• A short set of reflection questions, takes 10-30 minutes to answer.
• One practice, account for an hour, more if you want to repeat it.
Plus another hour if you use one of your 1:1 tokens.
No, and I'm not a licensed clinician. The Re-Lease is a spiritual and energetic container, and it pairs well with therapy if you're already in it.
Five people for this round.
I want to make sure that on every single call you show up to, you get a chance to have individualized coaching from me, and I'm there to support you through the sticky stuff.
I'm also holding the energetic template for each member and for the transformation this program promises.
Your purchase is fully refundable until November 20th, 2026, no questions asked.
If you pay in installments and want to cancel after November 20th, 2026, you are still responsible for the remainder of your installments.
Not directly. I don’t teach negotiation, pricing, or job hunting. What I’ve seen, in myself and in the people I work with, is that the person who hasn’t asked for the raise or sent the proposal almost never lacks the information. They lack permission, and the permission is energetic, not intellectual. That’s what we work on.
Are you ready to sign a new lease on your life?
